These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myCv ("myCv", "we", "us", "our"), a CV and portfolio page builder available at mycv.tn. By creating an account or using myCv, you agree to these Terms.
You may create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You own the CV and portfolio content you create on myCv (your name, work history, skills, photos, and anything else you enter). By publishing a CV page, you grant myCv a license to host, display, and distribute that content publicly at the address you choose, for as long as your page stays published.
You're solely responsible for the content you publish. Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to, and don't use myCv to publish content that's unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
myCv lets you connect a Dribbble account and link YouTube or GitHub usernames to display real content (shots, videos, repositories) on your portfolio page. This content is fetched directly from those platforms' public APIs and is subject to each platform's own terms. Disconnecting a linked platform, or removing it from your portfolio, stops myCv from displaying or fetching that content.
myCv offers a free plan and paid premium plans (monthly or lifetime), billed in Tunisian Dinar. Premium unlocks additional templates, portfolio platform slots, analytics, a custom domain field, and CV translations. Prices and what's included may change; we'll do our best to give notice of material changes affecting active subscribers.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment for permanent premium access to your account. Refunds, where applicable, are handled case-by-case — contact us if something's gone wrong with a payment.
If your published CV has a contact form, messages visitors send are delivered to you and stored in your dashboard. myCv also records basic visit analytics for your own CV page (page views, approximate visit duration, new vs. returning visitors) so you can see how your page performs — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Don't use myCv to: break the law; impersonate someone else; upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service; scrape or bulk-harvest other users' published pages; or resell access to the service without our written permission.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which removes your CV, its published page, and associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
myCv is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not responsible for decisions made by employers, clients, or anyone else based on the content of your CV page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, myCv's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "last updated" date.
